Emergency Cravings wasn't born from a business plan — it was born from a simple observation: the best moments in Monroe don't happen on a schedule. They happen when you least expect them. A sudden craving for the perfect pour-over at 2 PM. An unexpected evening that calls for something stronger.

That's why we designed a space that works as hard as you do — by day, a coffee destination with single-origin brews and fresh bites; by night, a cocktail bar with bold flavors and zero pretense. Same door. Two acts. One mission: to deliver exactly what you need, right when you need it.
